How Buddhism Explains Reality: Illusion and Appearance
2 day retreat March 6th and 7th
In this teaching we will explore how Buddhism explains the way things appear to us versus the way they actually exist. Using clear examples and traditional Buddhist analogies, we will look at why our everyday experience feels so solid and certain, and yet is deeply influenced by mistaken perception and habitual patterns of thought.
This teaching offers a practical and inspiring introduction to the Buddhist view of reality—helping us loosen the grip of confusion, relate more wisely to our experiences, and cultivate a calmer, more compassionate mind.
All warmly welcome
