SUMMARY:Nyung Nä 6-Day Fasting & Purification Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Nyung Nä is a two day Tibetan Buddhist fasting and purification practice centered on compassion\, combining vows\, prostrations\, mantra recitation\, and periods of silence. \nIt is a very powerful practice to purify negatives karma and cultivate the compassionate mind of Chenrezig. \nWe are performing 3 sets of Nyung Nä\, finishing on Saturday 30th\, leading up to the Holy Day on Sunday May 31st Lord Buddhas Enlightenment. \nInvestment:\n$60 per day includes all meals\, retreat material and offerings.
