SUMMARY:Calm Abiding - 7 Day Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Our Resident Teacher Geshe-la will lead us in single-pointed meditation on developing a stable\, calm\, balanced mind. Come and discover the peaceful stillness of your own mind. \nAll course materials and vegetarian meals are provided and included in the facility fee of $420 for the 7 day retreat. Accommodation is a separate cost and can be arranged with the centre\, camping is available.
