May weekend course! Geshe Jampa Tharchin will teach a course on Mind Training — How to Develop Inner Values through Mindfulness. Geshe-la will teach on excerpts from Thupten Jinpa’s Mind Training text.
Learn techniques to transform one’s mind– using obstacles to develop strength, stability, peace and happiness.

About our resident Teacher, Geshe Tharchin
Geshe Jampa Tharchin was born in Tibet and, after fleeing, took Gelong (full) ordination from His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 1991. He has completed the Sera Je Monastic University Lharampa Geshe Degree – PhD in South India, has a degree from Gyume Tantric College and taught at the Kopan Nunnery in Nepal. Geshe Tharchin is the resident teacher at Chandrakirti Meditation Center in Upper Moutere, Nelson.
