This term we will be immersed in Concentrations and Absorptions, looking at the 4 concentrations of the form realm and the 4 absorptions of the formless realm.
Geshe-la will be teaching from General Meaning of the Concentrations and Absorptions, by Jetsun Chokyi Gyaltsan
This is a truly fascinating topic, where we learn of the importance of concentration and its various levels, as well as how to develop it.
A step by step guide and meaning of each level of absorption.
