Join us for a practical retreat with Geshela leading guided meditation to improve our concentration and awareness. During this experiential meditation retreat Geshela will guide us through meditation sessions and will teach us how to build up and deepen our practice on a daily basis.
Geshela will lead four sessions each day and the teachings will be interpreted in English by Matt in person.
