A six day teaching commentary on Aryadeva’s Four Hundred Stanzas on the Middle Way - April 23 to 28, 2012
Aryadeva's Four Hundred Stanzas explains the stages of yogic practises enabling those with a Mahayana motivation to attain Buddhahood. Those who want to understand reality to induce direct experience of ultimate truth, are urged to do so through philosophic inquiry and reasoning.
This teaching retreat with Khen Rinpoche is a profound and rare opportunity to study one of the fundamental works of Mahayana Buddhism, one of the great commentaries on Nagarjunas Middle way and also explains the extensive paths associated with conventional truths.
This retreat will be covering the second half of Aryadevas famous treatise, with teachings translated into English by Ms Voula Zarpani. This is the third in a series of four teachings.
Khen Rinpoche Geshe Tashi Tsering, is now the Abbot at Gyume Tantric University in south India and was the resident teacher at Chenrezig Institute in Queensland for 18 years.
