Health and happiness are our passion, and we are so excited to share this 5 Day Retreat Experience with you!

Experienced Herbalist and Naturopath, Phillipa, will guide you through the fasting rejuvenating process to discover the healing power of fresh organic juices and mineralizing broths. To gain maximum benefit from your fasting experience, cut down on your quantity of food, eat mostly fruits and vegies, avoid coffee and stimulants for 2-3 days prior, and be sure to drink plenty of water.

International Yoga Teacher, Jen will guide you through twice daily yin yoga class. This style of yoga uses deep stretching and body awareness to relax, nourish, and restore your body. A perfect complement to juice fasting that will leave you feeling light, refreshed, and positive.

Sound Healer, Caybin will make two guest appearances for Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing. All you need to do is come along, lay back, and allow the sounds to wash over you and guide you back into the present moment.

Enjoy saunas, hot tubs, daily meditation, sound healing, massage, and free time to walk on the beach, read, connect with like-minded people, or simply relax and reflect.

What to expect
 A friendly and inclusive environment
 Therapeutic Massage Rosters will be made up so each participant receives a massage during the retreat
 Juice making rosters will also be drawn up ensuring everyone gets hands on experience at making vital life rejuvenating juices, teas and broths

9:30am – 10:30am Group Sharing & Breaking the Fast
10:30am – 12pm Tidy up and Depart Around Noon

 Lemon juice in water, juice and herbal teas available from 8am.
 Water, Herbal Infusions, Vegetable & Fruit Juices are available throughout the day.
 Drink sufficient water during the day.
 Early nights and rest are most important while on this retreat.
